Coffee.
Or your venue. We meet, talk about your day, what you want from photos and video, and whether we're a fit. 30 minutes, no slide deck, no obligation.
The plan.
Once you book, I send a planning guide with a timeline template, shot-list prompts, and a checklist for the day. You fill it out at your pace.
The timeline.
About a month before, we finalize the day's timeline. Ceremony, photos, video, transitions, family formals. You send it, I confirm, your venue coordinator signs off.
The wedding.
I work the day. Photos and video happen at the same time, no extra coordination on your end. Backup equipment on every wedding.
Delivery.
Highlight reel in 7 days. Full film + full photo gallery within 2 to 3 months. Online gallery with downloads and a print release. Final invoice on delivery.
