1. The basics.

Blue River Weddings is operated by John Vick out of Louisville, Kentucky. Founded 2024. We provide wedding photography and wedding videography services.

2. Packages and pricing.

Every package is customized. Starting price is $2,800 for wedding photos and/or video, $400 for sessions (engagement, anniversary, couples portrait). Final pricing is set in the contract you sign.

3. Payment.

50% deposit to book the date. 50% on delivery. Payment by ACH, credit card (small processing fee), or check. The deposit locks the date and is non-refundable.

4. Cancellation.

50% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancel more than 30 days before the wedding: remaining 50% refunded.
Cancel within 30 days of the wedding: remaining 50% is due.
If Blue River Weddings cancels (illness, equipment failure, force majeure): 100% refund + help finding a backup.

5. Delivery.

Highlight reel in 7 days. Full film and full photo gallery within 2 to 3 months. Final invoice on delivery.

6. Usage rights.

You receive a print release and unlimited personal use of all photos and video. Print release means you're free to print, share, and post anywhere. We retain the right to use your wedding in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.

7. Force majeure.

Weather, government orders, family emergency, or other events outside either party's control. Full reschedule or refund at our discretion.
